DRT Nodal Officer App is developed for close & constant monitoring of DRT/DRATS cases and users can tag a DRT/DRAT on current location, customer can used to search and check the current status of case with the help of case ID provided by Bank. User can update the case with the help of “Check In” and “Check out” feature.
